I entered a new issue tracker for my ITSC items, after saving, I clicked the instructions tab and got the "404 not found" error. Is this correct? I'm a new user so I expected it to give me a screen to type in instructions.
- Steps to reproduce:
- Add new issue tracker, save, go back in and click the instructions tab.

Issue state:
unconfirmed → open
Neglected including instructions when trackers were created. Manually added instructions to each existing pm tracker. Need to modify the script that creates new projects to include the instructions.
