The project dashboard portlet provides links to create new projects and view the how-to documentation. The View Recent Changes to Functionality works but will be out of date and will be removed in the future as it was originally entered to allow our local project managers to review what was recently changed in the functionality (things were changing frequently).

It also provides a form to allow for projects to be searched by manager and tag(s), as well as excluding projects by tag(s). All of these fields are built dynamically from the contents of your portfolio.
