Using Custom CSS

  • Custom CSS (Cascading Style Sheets):
    • Enables each department to use css to customize html presentation when its content is displayed
    • Requires knowledge of css usage
  • Where created:
    • In department sub-folder 'custom' or root sub-folder 'custom'
    • Uploaded as a file (plone html editors
    • Must have id 'custom_dept.css'
  • Where public sees:
    • Anonymous users will not see the custom css file, but will see the results in the applications of whatever html rendering uses names or classes specified in the custom css.
