Using A-Z Documents

+ A-Z Documents:
- Provide categorized links to internal or external pages
- Are meant to provide an alphabetical categorization of any site content
- Multiple categories can be selected for each document
- Categories are maintained by /[your_site_root]/portal_vocabularies/az_vocab
+ Where created:
- In department sub-folder 'az-entries'
- No provision for A-Z documents outside of a department folder
+ Where public sees:
- Click on A-Z Directory link in search portal (default location)
- Categories that are used will be displayed
- Click on a category for list of A-Z documents referencing that category
- Click on a listed A-Z document to go to its target link
